PLACING YOUR ORDER
Before placing your order this is the best place to find all the answers to your questions. If you can't find exactly what you are looking for, feel free to reach out via our contact page or social media.
TIME LINE FOR ORDERS
All our dresses are created only when you place your order. Please allow 8-12 weeks production time for us to complete your dress plus shipping time.
For Australian orders shipping is approx. 7 business days, and up to 3-4 weeks for international orders.
We recommend placing your order at least 5-6 months before your special event to allow plenty of time for any alterations once your dress reaches you.
If you do require custom sizing please allow a slightly longer lead time to accommodate the customisation time.

CHANGES TO DESIGN
Have you found your ideal gown in our range but want to make some small changes to the design? Although we don't currently create full custom designs, we can offer small changes to our range such as adding or removing straps or sleeves or lining. If this is something you are interested in, please contact us directly before placing your order.
POSTAGE
All Australian & NZ orders are sent via tracked and insured signature on delivery flat shipping rate of $35AUD. Once your dress has been completed by our seamstresses (detailed above in the Timeline section) you will receive an email detailing the tracking number for your order. You should expect to receive your dress generally within 7-12 days from date of post.
Please no PO Boxes or Locker Boxes.

Add your gown to cart for a shipping estimate. Allow 2-3 weeks for international shipping.

SIZING
Please see our Size Guide for accurate measurements before placing any orders. We recommend you get a friend or family member to help you measure yourself. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size option to allow for alterations. It's generally easier for your seamstress to size a dress smaller rather than make it larger.

Sizing may variance a few CMs either side of the table chart. We triple check all measurements before a dress leaves our studio, but please do allow for a small variance in fit depending on the stretch of the fabric and shape of the style.

If you struggle to fit your body shape within the sizing parameters (Example, Size 10 waist measurements, Size 12 hip measurements or large circumference for sleeved dresses.) Please contact us directly before placing your order and we can discuss a complete custom made size across multiple size patterns.
Desert Moon Bridal does not hold any responsibility for physical changes in the customers size between ordering dress and the arrival of product. Desert Moon Bridal also cannot be held liable for incorrect measurements provided by customer or alterations costs.

We can do custom measurements for most of our dress designs, often above our sizing chart sizing. Please note, custom measurements may increase our lead time slightly, if you are on a strict timeline please discuss your wedding date with us ahead of time, along with any custom sizing requests. We recommend your get your measurements taken professionally and always leave room in your budget for any alterations if required. Read more about alterations HERE
ALTERATIONS
IMPORTANT
Please leave room in your budget for any alterations once your dress arrives. You should ask around locally and find a seamstress that is experienced with bridal alterations.
It's perfectly normal to expect some minor alterations on any dress including hem length, adding a bustle, adjusting bust or adding extra support or lining for the perfect fit. Desert Moon Bridal is not liable for any costs associated with alterations.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each of our dresses are made to order, so unfortunately we cannot offer a refund as our talented seamstresses only craft your dress when you place your order.
We have every faith you will adore your dress. If, before you order, you would like to see more photos of any of our dresses, feel free to check out our instagram or send us an email or message and we can share more images from our photo shoots and behind the scenes. All the photos we share are of our actual gowns and we trust you love them as much as we do!
CHANGE OF MIND
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or supply refunds due to change of mind. If we have not begun creating your dress you are more than welcome to make small changes your order or pick an alternate style but we cannot refund.
We also cannot refund you if you feel that dress does not suit you once your order arrives, as all our dresses are made to order.
Please choose carefully and we have every faith you will love your dress and feel beautiful in it.

Because our dresses are made to order, if for any reason of extenuating circumstances fabric cannot be sourced or an item cannot be completed within the timeframe promised only then will a full refund be granted.
