Please note the Return Policy for Ready To Wear, being a small business we want your purchase to be considered carefully on ready to wear options due to the delicate nature of the dresses.
 
PLEASE NOTE, Starfall currently cannot be custom made due to the detailed fabric and pattern limitations. Ready to ship sizes are available without customisation. Starfall does have a slightly different size chart from our normal sizing, so please be sure to view the size chart for this particular dress.
 
Please see size chart below for this particular dress before ordering and measure yourself to ensure the correct size is selected. Please allow room in your budget to accomodate any alterations for the perfect fit. Order based on your waist and bust measurements.

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies of various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography and dye lot variations, we cannot 100% guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Placement of florals on skirt can slightly differentuate as each gown is custom made.

  • Ready to Wear Return/Exchange Policy

    Desert Moon Bridal is a small business and Starfall does have delicate embroidery and appliques, so we want to encourage highly considered purchases, if you are unsure of sizing please contact us in advance. The stock available is ready to ship within 7 days of purchase (unless stated otherwise as a preorder). 

    An exchange or return must be confirmed within 7 days of you receiving your Ready to Wear gown.

    • Once your return has been confirmed, we must receive your item within 14 days if located in Australia or 25 days if located overseas.  

    • Items must be returned in original condition (free of makeup, tan, other marks and stains), and must not have been worn, altered or washed, with any tags remaining in place.  

    • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the bride along with any additional costs incurred. If exchanging for another size, postage of the new size is at the cost of the bride.

    • Every piece has been quality checked by the team prior to it being hand packed. In the unlikely event of manufacturing fault, please contact us immediently

    REFUNDS

    If you are eligible for a refund,  all dresses will undergo a quality check upon receipt of the item.

    Exchanges, credit notes and refunds are only available after the items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass, we will be in contact to chat about further options

    • In the event of a manufacturing fault, return postage will be reimbursed by Desert Moon Bridal upon receipt and assessment of the item. However, in the event of a change of mind or sizing change, you will be liable for any additional postage to return your item and the purchase of the new.   

    • DMB reserves the right to refuse a repair, exchange, replacement, or refund if you do not notify us of the fault or issue within 7 days of receiving your order, and/or do not return the dress within 14 days if located in Australia or 25 days if located overseas.

    IMPORTANT:

    Every bridal dress normally requires some alterations from a professional seamstress to ensure the perfect fit. We highly reccomend you leave some budget aside for a local seamstress to fit your dress when you recieve it and make any minor alterations to the length or fit to make sure your dress is perfect on your special day. Starfall does have a relativily long body line, so short torso's may require some additional adjustments for the perfect fit.
